TallinnHotels, founded in 2005 and financed with Estonian capital, is a trademark of Aldera Hotell OÜ, a hotel operating company.

The success of TallinnHotels is largely based on its team. All key positions are filled by hoteliers of the new generation. They have previous long-term experience in various fields related to hotels with the result that our specialists are not just experts in one limited area but have detailed knowledge of the all-encompassing and successful operation and management of a hotel.

Also, TallinnHotels pays a lot of attention to the continued development of the professional skills of the staff. TallinnHotels is the only hotel operator to closely co-operate with the Estonian School of Hotel and Tourism Management in order to guarantee the constant availability of new, qualified personnel for hotels.
